  1. I am not able to watch any of the videos (I have tried a few different FrameMaker 2015 videos: Working with Graphics and Frames, Importing Microsoft Word Files, and Magic Master Pages with Jang Graat). I have tried viewing these in Internet Explorer and Google Chrome – both on company computers and non-company computer). The PPT will start but then will freeze only 4-5 seconds into it. I do have the most current version of Adobe Flash Player is installed.

    1. Hi Jenette,

sorry for your bad experience with this right now. Unfortunately, there is a confirmed problem with playing the recordings since January 16. We are working with the highest priority on this and will have this solved asap.

      Kind regard,
      Stefan Gentz

  2. Hi Stefan,

It seems the problem still exists with “Working with templates and formatting content”; after I register, it directs me to “Working with Graphics and Frames” webinar.

    Regards,
    Arwa

  3. Hi Stefan,

Seems I cannot access these recordings. When I click “Recording available here” link, it just opens a page with introduction to the course. Should the recordings still be available? Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Jere

    1. Hi Jere,

the links are correct (just checked) and point to the correct webinar recording website. Just scroll down on the pages and click the blue “Register” Button to be able to access the recording of the specific webinar.

      Cheers,
      *Stefan.

  4. Hi Stefan,

There appears to be an issue with the recording of “Working with Templates & Formatting Content”. Whenever I go to watch the past recording I am directed to a live setup instead of the recording. This also happens with Bernard Aschwanden’s “Enhanced Paragraph Autonumberings with FrameMaker 2015”.

    Best,
    Sean

  5. Hi Stefan,

There appears to be a problem with either the “Watch Now” link on the Adobe Events page or the actual recording for the June 3 webinar, “The power of automated Table of Contents”. The registration confirmation message provides a link to this page (as expected): https://2016-06-03-fm-course.meetus.adobeevents.com/ However, when you click on the “watch now” button, all that you see after Adobe Connect loads is a static PPT slide saying “This webinar has not yet started… Stay tuned!”

    Regards,
    Brian

  6. Hi. The Topic-based Authoring webinar is shown as being on June 28 in the blog post, but on June 21 on the registration page. Which date is correct? Thanks.

    1. Hi Eric,

thanks for spotting! The correct date for the webinar “Topic-based Authoring” is June 21, 2016.
I have updated the post accordingly.

      Cheers,
      Stefan
