Cocomo on Adobe Labs: Building Real-Time Social Applications

At Adobe MAX 2008 in San Francisco, Adobe announced the availability of the Cocomo PaaS (Platform as a Service) as an Adobe Labs project. This allows Flex developers to incorporate rich real-time social networking capabilities in to their own Rich Internet and AIR applications. And it's been used already: in Acrobat and Reader 9 with their Page View Sharing capability.

Best place to learn more and access the prerelease is to visit the site on Adobe Labs, check out the Cocomo forum and subscribe to the Collaborative Methods blog.

There has also been lots of coverage which is great to see, including InfoWorld, CIO.com and Macworld UK.
