I’m very curious about security on the Acrobat.com site for reviews. Could you maybe fill me in on the security details? I have about 250 users in two primary groups. If I can guarantee that neither group will have access to the other’s reviews, nor will anyone else, then Acrobat.com could be a viable solution for our review service.

[ALI'S RESPONSE: Thanks for your comment, Levon. Acrobat.com security is for accessing the PDF file from the Acrobat.com Share library. Once it's downloaded, the Acrobat.com security settings no longer apply. For that, you will need access controls in the PDF file itself, such as open password or LiveCycle Rights Management. Alternatively, a custom review repository could be created.]
