Adobe Creative Suite and Windows 8

Adobe Creative Suite  CS6, and CS5.5 applications are expected to work on Windows 8.

As per the Creative Suite FAQs:

At this time, none of the CS5.5 or CS6 applications require updates to be compatible with Windows 8.

In our testing, we have found no significant issues with running CS5.5, CS6 or Acrobat products with Windows 8.

For more information, see Microsoft Windows 8 compatibility section the Creative Suite FAQs.

For a list of products and OS compatibility, see Adobe product operating system compatibility.

Holy Cow people, this thread was for CS 6 and Windows 8 compatibility. Stop highjacking threads so that it’s impossible to find the answer that others might be looking for. Find or start a CS 3 thread if that is your issue. I’m so tired of running into this every time I need a quick answer.

There is (at least) one pretty significant issue with CS6+Windows 8. ScriptUI list boxes do not work.

What this means is that many 3rd party scripts for InDesign, including many free ones, that use this common UI widget, will not work on CS6 + Windows 8.

Everything tells me that CS5 is fully compatible with Windows 8. But on my Windows 8 machine I cannot ‘Print Booklet’ to Acrobat. No issues on my Windows 7 machine. I am not the only person with this issue. What am I doing that is wrong on my Windows 8 machine?
