About Me...

Hello everyone!
I'm a little late, but allow me to introduce myself anyway.

My name is Given Morris.
I'm 22 years old. I enjoy many hobbies including Anime, Gaming, Computers, and Music.

I'm a Junior in college at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

I'm a Computer Science major with an Art minor. My goal is to go into Computer Graphic Imagery, so the use of programs like Photoshop and Illustrator is very important to me.
Unfortunately, I still have a lot to learn.
I also enjoy taking a lot of pictures.

I work at our local Applebee's as a Server, and I'm also the Secretary in our school's Japanese Club. I'm a huge fan of Japan, the language, the culture, and the art style.
I enjoy gathering with my friends from the club, and with other people I know.

I'm a huge fan of music, though I'm unable to play any instruments as of yet... (But I'm currently trying to learn some Violin and Piano.)
Many of my best times is spent jamming with friends.

I'm also a gamer, but I'm not so deeply into it as I used to be. I tend to enjoy RPGs and Music games. Since I can't play an instrument, games like Guitar Hero are a must for me.
I'm also a big fan of Dance Dance Revolution.

When I'm not at school or with friends, I spend a lot of time with my family. We have a lot of relatives, and they all gather for the holidays.

And that's about it. It's nice to meet you all!

sstakey

Hey guys, my name is Stephen Stakey and I'm a freshman at Stony Brook University. I am studying computer science there. You'll find a lot more on facebook, but here's some things about me.

I'm from the North Fork of Long Island, and I absolutely love it. This is a shot of the Long Island Sound a few minutes from my house.

I was the valedictorian at my high school. I spoke about our senior trip to Walt Disney World, amongst other things. Here I am pictured with my Superintendent, who was quite worried when I went to take off my actual hat and replaced it with that one from the trip.

So I came to Stony Brook, and I am a bass drummer in the marching band. Above you can see my mallets, which have been turned into candy canes, for the holiday gigs we played, next to my drum.

This is me at the America East Women's Basketball tournament this past March. Too bad Stony Brook didn't make it to March Madness.

I just got a new camera a few days ago, a DSC-W170. I photoshopped this photo of a sunset outside of our wonderful stadium. The original is my current background on my computer.

Lastly, above is me and the rest of the drumline, who was just named the Section of the Year! Can you tell I love the band? =]

Activity 1

Activity 1-Friends

This is me and my best friend. My friends are my world--I wouldn't be who I am today without them.

Activity 1-Puppy

I think the worst thing about having to go to college was having to leave my dog at home. He's the sweetest little guy in the whole world, and I miss him a ton.

Activity 1-Flowers

This is a picture of one of the nicest things anyone's ever done for me. My friend and I got into a big fight, and the next day she had left flowers for me at my door to apologize and remind me how much my friendship meant to her.

Activity 1-Work

I work a LOT, but my office likes to have fun, too! This is at our work Christmas party.

And that's my life!

Activity 1

Hi. I'm Steven from New Jersey. I'm looking forward to participating in this activity. Hope I'm doing this correctly and this post works!!!

I know what your thinking, two completely unrelated pictures right? Well that's just who I am, I love going outside and hiking, relaxing in the sun, etc and when I'm inside I'm a computer geek putting together computers.

Welcome, and important guidelines

Welcome - we are excited to have all of you to be a part of this panel! You have been carefully selected from more than 200+ potential candidates, and we are looking to you to get your thoughts and ideas on what Photoshop Express can be. Since this product is intended to be for you and your friends, we’d like you to be our partners in design.

It’s your show, and we want to listen.

NDA: Guidelines
But before we get right into the good stuff, a dose of reality here:
- All of you have been given access as moderators to the blog, which means you are free to create a new entry, and post files (e.g., photos, videos, jpegs, etc.)

- This is a public blog, so please be mindful not to post any confidential content. Specifically, 1) do not post elsewhere information that we've given you; 2) do not talk about versions we've shown you that aren't already at photoshop.com/express; and 3) do not give any of your friends access to post on the blog.

I'll be helping you by reading all the posts before they go out to the group, or feel free to check with me first if you like.

- The NDA terms also state that any ideas or feedback that you provide will belong to Adobe

And now the fun begins, enjoy!

- Adobe Photoshop Express team

Strut your stuff

We'd like to get to know you better, and what better way than to use a combination of photos, imagery and/or videos to tell us more about yourself?

There is *no* restriction on the subject matter of the photos, imagery or videos that you wish to take. What’s important is that they are representative of who you are. You are also free to make them creative or unique - tell it like it’s your life story, enhance the photos using the tools in Photoshop Express if you wish, or do more with your photos/videos in ways that no one has tried before…remember, this is your show!

The only *requirement* is that we would like you to use Photoshop Express, but you are free to use other photo or video programs/tools as well in conjunction!

A couple of guidelines:
- Use no more than a total of 6 photos
- Any videos that you incorporate should last no more than 2 minutes
- To give us more context, it would be good to include captions to describe what the photos are about; same for videos, or you can narrate too if you want!

Here are examples of photos/videos that you might want to take:
- what you cannot live without
- most important people in your life
- your most prized object in your room
- places that you frequent
- hobbies or your favorite things to do
