Adobe UK Debuts on The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Places To Work For List

March 4, 2012

“Adobe is famous for making celebrities on magazine covers look fabulous. From an employee’s perspective, the company looks good, too — and it doesn’t need Photoshop.”The Sunday Times, 4 March 2012. Wow! What a compliment.

Congratulations Adobe UK for ranking No. 33 on this prestigious list and earning a two out of three star Best Companies Accreditation rating for demonstrating high levels of employee engagement. This is almost unheard of for a first timer to the list. The Best Companies Accreditation follows the elite Michelin style star rating system. Based on employee feedback, organisations receive a Best Companies Index (BCI) score which determines their star rating – one star is first class, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.

Employees were surveyed on eight key factors from leadership to personal growth and wellbeing. Adobe UK received its highest overall ranking for the Fair Deal factor—which measures how happy employees are with their pay and benefits—ranking it among the top 7 companies in this category.

“Adobe has a long standing commitment to be a great place to work across the globe. This recognition is a credit to the exceptional work, culture, and enthusiasm of our employees. It is both a humbling and proud moment for everyone here at Adobe,” said Zoe Spicer, EMEA HR Director.

Thanks to each and every one of our employees for making this organisation such a fantastic place to grow, thrive and build long-lasting personal and professional friendships.
