Adobe’s new “Leading@Adobe” program helps employees flourish as leaders.
Leadership enables growth. That’s why, in conjunction with the recent release of Adobe’s leadership capabilities, the company is launching an innovative new training program called “Leading@Adobe.”
“Our business has changed dramatically, and we needed to refresh our criteria around leadership to respond to that change and the speed at which the market is moving,” explained Jeff Vijungco, vice president of Global Talent.
A lot of energy and resources have gone into developing this new program, which allows employees across the company to get leadership training how they want it, and when they want it. The program offers a rich online library of leadership materials from videos to guides and toolkits. It also provides virtual training labs and a Leadership Insight guest speaker series.
“The beauty of this program is that it’s for every single employee, not just for people managers. This is Adobe’s commitment to developing the best leadership qualities in all our employees,” Jeff said. “We want to be known in the industry as a company that develops great leaders.”
