Today’s workplace is as much a true reflection of changes in technology and infrastructure, as it is of evolving mindsets and inclusive work cultures. The need for diversity at workplace is breaking new grounds all around.
At Adobe, we are excited to be in the eye of this storm. With the belief that our people are at the heart of everything we do, we’ve actively led a diversity and inclusion journey with a mantra titled – ‘Adobe For All’.
We made an emphatic statement on gender equality by achieving 100% pay parity globally. Today, we want to advocate a point of view with regard to Opportunity Parity. Through this advocacy, we aim to enable employees across Adobe to explore their full potential by equal access to opportunities for growth. While there are no clear industry standards or metrics on how to measure or address opportunities parity, currently, we want to begin a conversation on equity that allows every single employee to seek access to opportunities for growth and impact.
We are excited by the immense potential in unlocking the diversity in culturally rich and diverse markets like India, Asia Pacific region and Japan. We are hosting the second edition of Adobe For All Summit on 24th September, 2019 – an event where our team in India will host over 500 Adobe employees from across the region to celebrate the spirit of diversity and inclusion.
