Mastering Audio and Video in Adobe Captivate 5

Last week’s eSeminar, Mastering Audio and Video in Adobe Captivate 5 was a whirlwind to say the least. It didn’t take long for me to realize that i had far more material to cover than I had initially imagined. As a result I have promised to deliver a full hour on video in the near future, but i wanted to share all of the slides with everyone, so they are available here. Note that if you download the pdf you can read the slide notes which is fairly close to what i say during the session – and includes loads of info I wasn’t able to get to this week.

It is nonetheless definitely worth a look, chock full of good information and all available just beyond this link. There is so much to learn about related to audio and video in Adobe Captivate 5 and eLearning Suite 2, I hope you’ll enjoy this first introduction.

I have noticed that when ever Windows Captivate 5 has focus, my volume controls don’t work. I have a Dell machine with a Dell keyboard that has media controls on the keyboard including volume. When Capitvate is in front, the volume control doesn’t work. If I alt-tab to another application, my volume control suddenlly works again. Apparently Captivate is grabbing my input instead of allowing it to go to the operating system, Windows 7 x64.
