Cannot log onto the latest iOS update for iPad 13.1.2 in Mobile App

Problem: After upgrading to the latest iPad OS, Adobe Connect rooms will not launch in the mobile app.

Resolution: Apple has introduced a new name for the OS running on the iPad (iPadOS)  and the code is unable to detect it as a mobile OS and hence redirecting to Desktop site.

The reason is, that by default, Safari 13 on iPadOS now loads the Desktop site. This is a new feature introduced in Safari 13 on iPadOS. The workaround is to click on the AA icon in address bar and request mobile site. This will restore the previous experience where users are prompted to download or launch the mobile app.
