Missing audio in recording due to paused recording


Host had started the audio conference in the meeting room but audio is not available in Adobe Connect recording.


Adobe Connect 9 or higher.

Cause :

During the investigation of this bug, the below workflow was found to cause missing audio in the recordings.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a meeting and start recording; i.e  recording 1.
  2. Pause recording 1
  3. Start audio conference.
  4. After conference is started successfully, stop recording 1.
  5. Start another recording; i.e  recording 2.
  6. You will find in recording 2 UV audio is not recorded.

It is advised to avoid this workflow until the issue is fixed.
