Adobe Summit Europe Kicks Off

Adobe Summit Europe, the company’s annual digital marketing conference in London, kicked off today featuring partnerships and new innovations across Adobe Marketing Cloud. The sellout crowd of more than 4,000 attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and network with savvy professionals who continue to push the boundaries of digital marketing and advertising.

Keynote speakers include physicist and broadcaster Brian Cox OBE; Emmy-winning and Academy Award-nominated actor Benedict Cumberbatch; Clare Sutcliffe, co-founder and CEO of Code Club; El Capitan free climber Kevin Jorgeson; and senior executives from leading brands including Chelsea FC, Sky, Adidas, Shell, and more. The popular Summit Celebration will feature BASTILLE—winner of the British breakthrough act at Brit Awards 2014.

Adobe introduced innovations in and a new partnership specific to the Adobe Marketing Cloud to help marketers deliver customer experiences that get results:

  • Adobe and Microsoft Partnership. Adobe Marketing Cloud will integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enable brands to deliver experiences that take all customer engagements into account – from reach and acquisition to retention and loyalty. This new integration will help eliminate frustrating customer experiences that result when marketing, sales and service interactions are siloed.
  • Creative Content Meets Big Data. Adobe is helping organizations more closely tie big data to creative content through integrations between Adobe Marketing Cloud and Creative Cloud. New asset management capabilities in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) help optimize the creative-to-marketing workflow, while the Assets core service lets users sync, store and share content across marketing solutions and Creative Cloud. There are also other advances in AEM, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Primetime to maximize the impact of creativity in marketing.
  • Adobe Advances Programmatic Advertising. Adobe acquired the Ensemble advertising technology from Collective, to extend programmatic advertising capabilities with new dynamic creative functionality in Adobe Media Optimizer.
