Performance + Transparency = Highest Score from CDP

5_NFR_BOX_CDP_Logo.original (1)Adobe is excited to announce that we achieved the highest score of 100 in the CDP 2015 Global Climate Change Report. Once again, we join The Climate A List; this year, alongside 112 companies. Fifteen are technology peers from around the world, eight from the United States including Apple, Autodesk, Cisco, EMC, Google, Hewlett-Packard, Juniper Networks, and Microsoft. Companies that make The Climate A List score the highest in both performance and transparency.

What’s promising about this year’s report is evidence that more companies are taking action and making investments because they recognize both the environmental benefits and the strategic opportunities a low-carbon economy presents.

According to the report, “since 2010, there has been a 54% rise in the number of institutional investors, from 534 to 822, requesting disclosure of climate change, energy and emissions data through CDP…Investors are also applying principles of transparency and exposure to themselves.”

This progress tells us that when global companies lead the way, investors follow. We’re proud to be one of those pioneers.
