New Year, New Media
In 2015, expand your skill set to include video! Being able to communicate in a variety of mediums (including print, graphics, and video) is increasingly important for creative professionals, freelancers, and marketers. In a study Adobe conducted in September 2014, 82% of hiring managers reported that the ability to communicate through digital and visual media is an essential skill for new hires.
Whether you’re creating personal videos to share with family and friends, trying to gain production skills to help you succeed at work, or planning your first blockbuster, Premiere Clip has you covered!
If you haven’t already, be sure to bookmark the Premiere Clip blog– we’ll be continuing to share How-To’s, production tips, and working to demystify the filmmaking process to help you gain skills and take your videos to the next level.
Here’s our 2015 video challenge to you: Get inspired while expanding your video toolkit by creating a 30-second video everyday for 30 days with Premiere Clip.
Think of these as “video sketches”– document part of your day, create a video portrait of a loved one or a pet, or try mastering a video composition guideline like Depth of Field or the Rule of Thirds. Practice using different features of the app like editing with Clip Splitting, adding Looks, and mastering audio and soundtracks. Or try out a disappearing effect by using cross dissolves!
