Ana Dias filmed her first YouTube video in her student room at university, introducing herself to the YouTube community with a video that combined video, graphics, and music. She’d been playing with the idea of making videos for ages, but certainly didn’t expect that her open, honest approach would result in an invitation to join the New Age Creators.
Orin Willis first became interested in YouTube as a hobby. After choosing to focus his university studies on music production, he quickly found himself doing more with his hobby than with his actual studies. With a handful of other creators with similar sensibilities, he launched the New Age Creators.
Long-time friends and colleagues Alex Plapinger and Michael Ashton turned a shared interest in virtual reality (VR) into a fun, successful business. In the last year alone, the duo produced an Emmy Award-winning 360-degree video for FOX Sports, along with a lot of other cinematic, animated, and commercial VR and 360 projects that have been viewed by millions of people around the world.
