The Rise of Storytelling: Animate CC Has Landed

Today at MAX, we are excited to announce Adobe Animate CC; the most complete animation solution for any style and any device. With the rise of storytelling, Animate introduces several new tools to make it easier for animators to create compelling narratives.

Capture all angles with a built-in virtual camera (V-Cam) that acts like a movie camera. Highlight all of your story’s elements with the V-Cam’s built-in pan, zoom, rotate, color and tint capabilities.

Collaborate even more with your colleagues now that you can sync animations, brushes, and more through CC libraries. Skip sending project files to team members and instead distribute the animation work across an entire team for expedited workflow.

Quickly build and reuse common components such as video players, buttons, and carousels for your HTML5 Canvas documents. Now you can add a video to an HTML5 project or make a long multiple choice quiz with one frame instead of many.

Express your creativity even more with enhancements to vector brushes. Create custom art brushes using any raw shape and share with others through CC Libraries. Vector brushes are now pressure and tilt sensitive for more realistic strokes. Pattern brushes can be converted to standard art brushes, and vice versa.

Share your ideas, prototypes, clips, and more for use across social media, instant messages, email, and texts with enhanced export options like animated GIFs.

Check out the even more of the features included in this release.

Starting out with making my own Illustrations, then putting them in Animate. This is really fun. I’m glad I took the class in college but learn more doing much on my own. Thanks for the tutorials Adobe!

Animate is great, but no complete training in French. The French are unfortunately not all people who speak English or American fluently. And to fully understand and integrate all the possibilities of Animate CC, it is easier to have videos and tutorials in French …. Think a little about us ;-). A big thank you for everything you do and Bravo!
