Our partners are key to our success in the market, and play an important role in driving efficiencies as well as profitability. In parallel, customers are increasingly relying on the expertise of our channel partners to solve challenges unique to their business, and leverage Adobe technologies to stand out from competition. Together – our partners are repositories of tons of knowledge around industry trends, market requirements and best practices – and in many ways, are leading the way on guiding small and medium businesses on their digital transformation journeys.
Aimed at adding thrust to collaboration among our channel partners, Adobe India recently launched Partner Advisory Council – a platform for our strategic partners from across business practices as well as geographies to come together, to envision and design plans for future growth and profitability.
Our first Partner Advisory Council was successfully concluded in Gurugram, and witnessed participation from leaders representing 15 partner organizations including Comparex, Ample Technologies and Quadra Sytems, who acknowledged the value this new forum delivers in mobilsing the channel partner community in India to discuss how digital is shaping customer experiences in today’s connected world. The day-long event provided an opportunity for Adobe and its channel partners in India to deep dive into our joint go-to-market efforts, and discuss key initiatives in the pipeline for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud platforms. Alongwith us, our partners spent significant time deliberating on how cloud based offering are shaping industry trends, and how these market dynamics are changing partners’ business models.
The race to digital transformation has opened new avenues in the Indian market, and led to ‘experience’ and ‘design’ becoming marquee themes in all business conversations. One of the key discussions at the Partner Advisory Council, was the tremendous opportunity for partners to help businesses drive digital strategies and win customer mindshare. Our partners acknowledged this market requirement, and reinforced the role Creative Cloud and Document Cloud can play in enabling businesses to create experiences which are relevant and personalized for their digital-savvy customers.
All council members also unanimously agreed on a renewed focus on Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) for driving success of subscription-based offerings, and adding depth in the customer space.
The first Adobe India Partner Council session ended with a lot bonhomie among the members, who are excited to reconvene soon to move closer to our collective commitment towards helping businesses deliver exceptional experiences for their end customers.
