Adobe Marketing Cloud offers unique personalized digital experiences to HDFC Bank’s customers

Tech­nol­o­gy has become a crit­i­cal dif­fer­en­tia­tor for the bank­ing indus­try in India. Cut-throat com­pe­ti­tion has led to dig­i­tal­iza­tion being a top pri­or­i­ty for all lead­ing banks as they real­ize that the banks of the future will be more of a tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies than a finan­cial ones. It brings me a lot of pride to say that our asso­ci­a­tion with HDFC Bank rep­re­sents one of the most size­able imple­men­ta­tions of Adobe’s solu­tion glob­al­ly and is a tes­ti­mo­ny to the robust­ness of the Adobe Mar­ket­ing Cloud. We offered HDFC Bank what no oth­er com­pa­ny could — a com­pre­hen­sive view of their cus­tomers’ engage­ments with the bank’s cam­paigns. This allows HDFC Bank to share rel­e­vant, per­son­alised mar­ket­ing con­tent with con­sumers thus, enhanc­ing their expe­ri­ence with a real time response from the bank. In part­ner­ship with Adobe, HDFC Bank has devel­oped a com­pre­hen­sive email mar­ket­ing solu­tion that will span mul­ti­ple out­bound chan­nels includ­ing email, SMS, social and mobile apps.

HDFC Bank has a nation­wide dis­tri­b­u­tion net­work of 4,520 branch­es and 12,000 ATMs in 2,587 cities and towns, as of March 31, 2016. The speed at which HDFC Bank has emerged as a lead­ing play­er and one of the most trust­ed brands in the bank­ing and finan­cial sec­tor seg­ment in India, with­in years of its incep­tion, is proof that the bank’s strate­gic invest­ments in inno­va­tion and ser­vice excel­lence have paid off.
