Thomas is a proven digital marketing and brand strategy expert. At Adobe, he is leading the Digital Strategy Group (DSG), a team of strategy professionals that advise executives from the world's top brands on digital experience, digital transformation, business growth and how to become an “Experience Business”.
Prior to his role at Adobe, Thomas spent 16 years with McKinsey & Company, leading the Firm’s global Brand Strategy & Marketing ROI competence center. He is the author of McKinsey’s book on Branding (“Mega-Macht Marke”) and a frequent keynote speaker. Thomas holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University in Hamburg and completed his PhD degree in the field of International Management at the Technical University in Braunschweig.
