[INFOGRAPHIC] 27% of marketers say that managing websites is hell

We worked with Econ­sul­tan­cy to sur­vey more than 1,000 busi­ness pro­fes­sion­als (includ­ing mar­ket­ing, web devel­op­ment and oth­er busi­ness depart­ments) across the globe on the top­ic of web con­tent man­age­ment (WCM), and found that 27% say man­ag­ing web­sites is hell! Do you agree?

WCM is clear­ly a key area for com­pa­nies to focus on in order to deliv­er tru­ly seam­less mul­ti­chan­nel cus­tomer expe­ri­ences. Yet despite the grow­ing need for brands to do this across all dig­i­tal touch points, only 38% of com­pa­nies believe that their CMS facil­i­tates a brand-enhanc­ing dig­i­tal pres­ence.
