With SUMMIT – the dig­i­tal expe­ri­ence con­fer­ence – open­ing its doors to over 6,000 of the most inquis­i­tive minds in the mar­ket­ing indus­try from the 15–16 May in Lon­don, we’re inspir­ing our cus­tomers to build ground-break­ing expe­ri­ences that set them apart from their com­peti­tors.

At this year’s event we will explore how to man­age and take own­er­ship of cus­tomer expe­ri­ence – in oth­er words how to mas­ter Cus­tomer Expe­ri­ence Man­age­ment (CXM) – at scale. We will also be tak­ing a look at the insights, tools and tech­niques need­ed for putting the cus­tomer at the cen­tre, and use data and design to cre­ate mem­o­rable expe­ri­ences.

Cus­tomer expec­ta­tions are high – we have infi­nite choice, the cost of switch­ing prod­ucts and ser­vices has nev­er been more afford­able, and it only takes one bad expe­ri­ence (I am sure you still remem­ber your last one) to make the move. That’s why com­pa­nies per­fect­ing CXM are thriv­ing in this dig­i­tal econ­o­my and grow­ing the fastest.

SUMMIT will fea­ture inspir­ing dis­cus­sions and blue­prints on how brands can build and man­age expe­ri­ences in an agile man­ner to fos­ter greater con­tent veloc­i­ty and cus­tomer engage­ment. After all, any busi­ness strat­e­gy today requires the abil­i­ty to design, antic­i­pate and deliv­er per­son­alised expe­ri­ences that remain con­sis­tent across dif­fer­ent touch­points.

Lead­ing this nar­ra­tive over the two-day event is a stun­ning line-up of inno­v­a­tive speak­ers from the mar­ket­ing world and beyond. We’ll be cham­pi­oned by the likes of Bruce Dais­ley, VP EMEA at Twit­ter; Priya Lakhani OBE, founder and CEO of Cen­tu­ry Tech; and Mas­si­m­il­iano Pogliani, CEO at illy­cafè. We are also adding some inspi­ra­tional lumi­nar­ies to the mix like inter­na­tion­al human rights attor­ney Amal Clooney, while come­di­an Jack White­hall will be show­cas­ing Adobe Sneaks. These ses­sions will be com­pli­ment­ed by the likes of Adobe’s own EVP and CTO Abhay Paras­nis; CIO Cyn­thia Stod­dard and Pres­i­dent for EMEA, Paul Rob­son, and we’ve got a pas­sion­ate squad of speak­ers to walk us through some tru­ly remark­able brand expe­ri­ences and best prac­tice suc­cess sto­ries.

Across Sum­mit there’ll be over 150 break­out ses­sions and labs from a range of speak­ers span­ning the con­sumer and B2B worlds, dish­ing out any­thing you need to know from Ana­lyt­ics & Data Man­age­ment to Per­son­al­i­sa­tion; as well as Email & Omnichan­nel Mar­ket­ing to Machine Learn­ing, Con­tent & Design.
