Half-bank, half-post office, the joint ven­ture between the BNP Paribas For­tis and Bel­gian Post Group known as bpost bank is going dig­i­tal. Instead of sim­ply serv­ing both ends of its own direct mail fun­nel, bpost bank will be man­ag­ing tar­get­ed mul­ti­chan­nel mar­ket­ing cam­paigns with Adobe Cam­paign in Adobe Mar­ket­ing Cloud.

Adobe Con­sult­ing Ser­vices and Com­ma Group of Cronos helped inte­grate Adobe Cam­paign with exist­ing bpost bank sys­tems. Now the bank has a sin­gle repos­i­to­ry of cus­tomer infor­ma­tion to cre­ate a com­plete view of each cus­tomer. The new com­pre­hen­sive dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing solu­tion sup­ports bpost bank’s coor­di­nat­ed com­mu­ni­ca­tions strat­e­gy across email, SMS com­mu­ni­ca­tions, online bank­ing, pub­lic web­site, and offline inter­ac­tions.
