Accen­ture Inter­ac­tive is EMEA Part­ner of the Year; see the full list of award win­ners.

At this year’s Part­ner Day at Adobe EMEA Sum­mit, more than 1,200 part­ners from across the region joined us to explore more ways to grow their busi­ness and shape the future of cus­tomer expe­ri­ence. Part­ner Day also gives us an oppor­tu­ni­ty to shine a light on the top EMEA part­ners who have made sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tions to Adobe’s busi­ness and cus­tomers in the past year.

 

EMEA Dig­i­tal Expe­ri­ence Part­ner of the Year: Accen­ture Inter­ac­tive

The 2019 EMEA Part­ner of the Year, Accen­ture Inter­ac­tive, not only showed excel­lence across all areas but went above and beyond. In addi­tion to rank­ing #1 for part­ner cre­at­ed rev­enue and part­ner co-sell rev­enue in EMEA, Accen­ture Inter­ac­tive are also sub­ject mat­ter experts across the Adobe Expe­ri­ence Cloud. They are also a reg­u­lar con­trib­u­tor to our engi­neer­ing and enable­ment teams to fur­ther devel­op Adobe solu­tions. Con­grat­u­la­tions, Accen­ture Inter­ac­tive!

Exchange Part­ner of the Year: Amadeus

The Exchange Part­ner of the Year is a part­ner who has deliv­ered stel­lar cus­tomer val­ue through inno­v­a­tive com­ple­men­tary tech­nol­o­gy. The 2019 Exchange Part­ner of the year is Amadeus! The com­pa­ny has invest­ed in enabling their team on Adobe Expe­ri­ence Cloud solu­tions to address a vari­ety of unique busi­ness chal­lenges. For instance, they joint­ly engaged with 22 of the world’s biggest air­lines to help lever­age user data and assets to cre­ate opti­mised trav­el expe­ri­ences through­out the entire jour­ney. And there’s more under­way for Amadeus, includ­ing a project with Malaysia Air­lines to bring per­son­alised expe­ri­ences to their cus­tomers.

Deliv­ery Qual­i­ty Part­ner of the Year: Net­cen­tric, a Cog­nizant Dig­i­tal com­pa­ny

This award recog­nis­es a part­ner who is com­mit­ted to cus­tomer suc­cess across all phas­es of the cus­tomer life­cy­cle. Net­cen­tric has embraced inter­nal knowl­edge shar­ing, men­tor­ing and cer­ti­fi­ca­tion goals. They had a great year full of suc­cess­ful cus­tomer imple­men­ta­tions across indus­try sec­tors and use cas­es, with no esca­la­tions or deliv­ery issues. Net­cen­tric active­ly par­tic­i­pates in dri­ving prod­uct func­tion­al­i­ty, test­ing out new releas­es and help­ing cre­ate cer­ti­fi­ca­tion exams. In addi­tion, they are the only part­ner in EMEA that is spe­cialised in 5 solu­tions (AEM Sites, AEM DevOps, Ana­lyt­ics, Cam­paign and Tar­get), and they hold the most cer­ti­fi­ca­tions in EMEA with 375.

We also recog­nised six region­al part­ners of the year award recip­i­ents:

 

Region­al Part­ner of the Year – Benelux: Deloitte Dig­i­tal

Deloitte Dig­i­tal is Region­al Part­ner of the year for Benelux. Our col­lab­o­ra­tion with Deloitte Dig­i­tal is allow­ing Adobe to bring the full poten­tial of Adobe Expe­ri­ence Cloud to our joint clients, includ­ing De Volks­bank and PGGM. They take a strate­gic approach to every engage­ment, help­ing clients iden­ti­fy the right issues by con­stant­ly think­ing in terms of the cus­tomer jour­ney. Thanks to Deloitte Digital’s con­sis­tent­ly strong exe­cu­tion, Adobe can deliv­er a viable prod­uct with­in eight weeks.

Region­al Part­ner of the Year award for South­ern Europe: PRISMA

PRISMA received the Region­al Part­ner of the Year award for South­ern Europe. PRISMA was able to under­stand and sup­port Adobe in our strat­e­gy with two of our most com­plex and chal­leng­ing cus­tomer trans­for­ma­tions in Italy. Ali­talia and Poste Italia. These cus­tomers were under­go­ing sig­nif­i­cant busi­ness trans­for­ma­tions, and PRISMA showed incred­i­ble com­mit­ment. They were agile and proac­tive in grow­ing their team’s skills, and able to adapt to every new chal­lenge.

Region­al Part­ner of the Year award for France: Pub­li­cis Groupe

Our Part­ner of the Year for France is Pub­li­cis Groupe. This part­ner has had great suc­cess this past year in help­ing major brands move their busi­ness and IT strat­e­gy to the cloud. Clients include lux­u­ry brands such as Her­mes, Dior, Moet & Hen­nessy from LVMH, as well as Finan­cial Ser­vices such as La Banque Postale & MyFrench­Bank. Pub­li­cis Groupe has also shown unpar­al­leled com­mit­ment to mar­ket­ing ini­tia­tives and cus­tomer suc­cess.

Region­al Part­ner of the Year award for DACH: Prime Force

The Part­ner of the Year for DACH (Ger­many, Aus­tria & Switzer­land) is Prime Force! Prime Force com­bines sales excel­lence with strong exe­cu­tion and they even orga­nize post sales activ­i­ties, like com­mu­ni­ty events across the region. Their com­mit­ment to posi­tion­ing the Adobe val­ue propo­si­tion in front of cus­tomers is out­stand­ing and result­ed in two major Adobe Man­aged Ser­vices projects with BASF (Ger­many) and SPAR (Aus­tria).

Region­al Part­ner of the Year in the Nordics: Iso­bar

Iso­bar, part of Dentsu Aegis Net­work, is the Region­al Part­ner of the Year in the Nordics. Iso­bar has been Adobe Nordics’ most suc­cess­ful part­ner in the Ter­ri­to­ry seg­ment build­ing out sev­er­al key ini­tia­tives, spear­head­ed by Adobe Cam­paign Stan­dard. They brought 5 net new logos in 2018 includ­ing GF For­sikring, ALK, Scan­d­lines and even closed a deal with Tivoli Gar­dens from start to fin­ish in 3 weeks! They joined forces with Adobe to set up a cen­ter of excel­lence in Den­mark, which is a hub for inno­va­tion across the entire Adobe tech­nol­o­gy stack, and they grew their influ­enced busi­ness on Adobe in FY18 by almost 80% YoY.

The UK Dig­i­tal Expe­ri­ence Region­al Part­ner of the Year: WPP

Our final award, the UK Dig­i­tal Expe­ri­ence Region­al Part­ner of the Year, was giv­en to WPP!

WPP drove great col­lab­o­ra­tion with Adobe sales, help­ing iden­ti­fy and accel­er­ate deals at Boden, British Tele­com, EY, Voda­fone, Sel­f­ridges, and Light­speed. They con­tin­ue to suc­cess­ful­ly define the val­ue of Adobe Expe­ri­ence Cloud solu­tions.
