Dr. Jennifer Bruce is a Sr. Manager of Social Media Listening & Insights for Adobe Systems. Jennifer drives the social listening strategy to help uncover meaningful social insights that impact business decisions for Adobe Systems. Prior to her current role she was the lead social media insights researcher at Dell. Her work at Dell led to a patent pending in Social ROI. Her previous professional experience also includes traditional market research and data science. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Purdue University with a focus on attitudes, persuasion and attraction.
