Leveraging data gathered and measured with Adobe Analytics and personalized with Adobe Target, Manipal Global websites are drawing more traffic, prompting visitors to spend more time on the site, and enticing them to act. The average time spent on sites has increased by 69 percent and online application submissions have risen by 40 percent across all sites.
“For manipal.edu, within one year of the institute using Adobe Marketing Cloud, the leads on the site have increased by 11 percent, while the applications increased by 22 percent year over year,” says AP Ramabhadran, Senior VP, Manipal Global. “Most importantly, the lead-to-application conversion has increased by 18 percent resulting in significant savings in student acquisition costs.”
In addition to improving brand consistency, Adobe Experience Manager allows Manipal Global to support responsive design, which enables information access and communication across devices and platforms. For example, on the flagship site manipal.edu, the organization has realized a 40-percent increase in the number of mobile visitors and 25-percent growth in mobile traffic.
