How Do I… Edit Text in Any PDF File?

These days it seems like everyone is talking about the digital transformation — some sort of ideal future workplace focused on productivity and flexibility. Some companies are sprinting toward this Utopia by remodeling at the speed of light, favoring open floorplans to the enclosed offices of old. They’re encouraging employees to explore and pursue their preferred working style, whether in a desk chair, at home, or in a nebulous third space. We’ve entered the era of the “Choose Your Own Adventure” office.

So what do you do if your organization isn’t quite there yet? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. A whopping 83% of professionals surveyed said outdated ways of working has negatively impacted their ability to be productive. The good news? You may already have access to productivity-boosting tools that can help propel you into the future workplace.

Can you scan a document that you need to make changes in with your mobile phone and use find/replace and save and print the new document?

Yes, you can scan a document using mobile scan app and once you save the document to cloud, OCR will run automatically on the file and the file will be searchable using Acrobat Reader app. However, edit will be only possible on iPad or using Acrobat on desktop/laptop. ^TD
