Earlier this month we announced the availability of Adobe Document Cloud, with eSign services (formerly Adobe EchoSign) as one of its core offerings. Today, we welcome a new era of electronic signatures with the latest release of our Salesforce integration. The product interface reflects the new eSign services name and branding, and an additional security option is provided for users when signing into their accounts.
Since 2006, Adobe Document Cloud eSign services has consistently been rated the best e-signature app on the Salesforce.com AppExchange. We’re dedicated to providing the best e-signature experience within Salesforce by improving workflows that help customers close business more quickly and efficiently. Our commitment to powerful updates and improvements has helped our customers increase sales productivity, maintain compliance and automate contract processes around the globe. We continue that legacy with the latest version of our integration available now.
EchoSign is now Adobe Document Cloud eSign Services
Salesforce users and signers will see “eSign services” where they used to see “Adobe EchoSign.” Users’ signing capabilities will stay the same, but the name has been changed throughout the interface.
Enhanced Security with OAuth 2.0 Authentication
Customers’ data security is improved with the avaibility of OAuth 2.0 to authenticate your eSign services account within Salesforce. The enhancement eliminates the risks inherent in password-sharing by making your information more secure.
Simply put: Adobe Document Cloud eSign services is the best e-signature integration available for Salesforce users. Our customers approve, with over half of our top 100 enterprise accounts taking advantage of our integration, including 7 of our top 10 largest customers. The video below demonstrates how easy it is to send, sign, track and file contracts without ever leaving Salesforce.
