Now Available: Send Offer Letters in Workday Recruiting Using Adobe E-signatures

Adobe SignProduct News

Last fall, we announced the availability of trusted, legally binding e-signatures in Workday via a pre-built integration with Adobe eSign services. Ever since, Workday customers have been able to use Adobe e-signatures across over 400 business processes in any Workday application to streamline signature workflows, increase productivity, and — maybe most importantly — deliver an exceptional digital experience for employees, vendors and suppliers.

Now available, our integration extends this experience to processes involving external candidates in Workday Recruiting. Adobe e-signatures, which were previously available for all internal candidates, will now also be available for external recruiting.

For hiring teams, this means it’s easier than ever to secure top talent. Standout candidates tend to receive many offers within a short period of time — the extension of our integration lets candidates say “Yes” much faster than traditional methods involving paper.

Prospects can now view and sign offer letters and other recruiting documents like NDAs online wherever they are. By making this key function 100% digital and mobile, Adobe and Workday are helping ensure customers lock in the best and brightest. Plus, the seamless candidate experience is sure to impress and leave your new hires thinking highly of your company from the get-go.

And the benefits don’t end there. Because HR teams no longer have to deal with the manual tedium of paperwork associated with hiring and onboarding, they have time for more high-impact work. They can do more with less. Handling forms through Workday is expected to help our own HR team reduce the steps in processing time by 50%.

Moreover, e-signatures from Adobe also offer the benefit of complete audit trails and online storage. Best of all, getting set up is quick and easy — and doesn’t require any help from IT.

Amy Wilson, vice president of HCM products at Workday, shared her excitement about the milestone: “Extending Adobe eSign services into the external recruiting process provides our customers with additional e-signature capabilities that help them create a delightful and seamless candidate experience while further streamlining their own internal processes. The competition for top talent is fierce — allowing external candidates to sign online helps companies secure the most important asset they have, their people.”

As a Workday pre-integrated e-signature partner, we echo her enthusiasm and look forward to how Adobe and Workday can continue to help customers accelerate and improve their business.
