The company recognized, after a recent merger, that different versions of PDF solutions were deployed inconsistently across departments and locations. In the past, different solutions were purchased at both the IT and department levels, sometimes without support or maintenance. In an effort to maximize the company’s software assets, Subsea 7 opted for the Adobe enterprise agreement and eliminated department-level purchasing and inconsistent versions.
Subsea 7 improved collaboration and created efficiency savings by standardizing all of its employees on consistent versions of Adobe Acrobat. Now, Acrobat is used throughout the organization for effortlessly saving and distributing documents created in other applications. Adobe Creative tools, such as Adobe InDesign® and Photoshop® help the Creative team develop branding and marketing content for both print and digital media. The enterprise agreement provides the company with the most current versions of Adobe software, as well as Adobe Gold support for all users.
