Control + Option-drag (Mac), Right click + Alt-drag (Win) resizes your brush in Liquify. Depending on the size of the change needed, this shortcut might be much faster than using the left and right brackets
Hi,
this shortcut doesn’t work anymore in Liquify: It works when I resize brushes on canvas, but not in the Liquify filter’s window.
Is there a way to restore it? it can be something I have accidentally changed? I have no clue, thanks for your help

Luca, Sorry, but I have not heard of it not working in Liquify – the only thing I can think of is that it might be your video card driver that needs to be updated. But I would post the issue to either of these forums to see if other customers are experiencing the same problem and if so, if they have found a solution. http://forums.adobe.com/community/lightroom http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family

Just a note: I am learning Photoshop CS6 and in your tutorial Essential Training in Chapter 12 on changing the opacity, size and hardness, you mention for Windows that by Shift + Alt + drag L or R changes the size. However, it is just the Alt + right clicking.
Excellent tutorial by the way. Really enjoying it and your methods.

Thank you for the correction Dale!
Hi Julieanne,
a photoshop re-install from scratch fixed the issue. Thanks!
I have exactly the same problem. The shortcuts just don’t work in Liquify while works elsewhere.
