The Toolbar can be relocated with in the primary screen, “docked” to panels, floated on screen or moved to a secondary screen. Click-drag the grabber handle at the top of the tools and drag to reposition.
Any tool in the Toolbar can be assigned a letter as a keyboard shortcut in order to access it more quickly (type that letter, get that tool). To view the keyboard shortcut assigned to a tool, hover your cursor over the tool to display the tool tip or
Control -click (Mac) | Right -click (Win) the tool icon in the Options bar (officially called the Tool Preset Picker) and choose Reset Tool or Reset All Tools to set the tool options (found in the Options bar) to their default state.
