Re: greenberg – Typical – no principles other than the end always justifies the means, which is why those types can’t be trusted.

Extremely unethical. And, while the magazine is supporting the photo it used, (which they basically have no choice but to do now) it’s clear they/McCain did not get a fair shake. We’re seeing the photo we got, not the photo that could have been if a photographer that cared about the subject had been on the job.

    Hello Jack,
Well now Jack, that is something, this Greenberg thing.
The way/or ways our American culture loves to assign blame. I assume Adobe will also be blamed for creating such “abusive software”.
“My idea of an agreeable person is a person who agrees with me”. Bengamin Disrael British politician (1804 – 1881)Well said Mr. Disrael.
Of course I don’t want everyone to know it was me who invented Abobe. Or was it the Indians…..?
    Thanks for the great post.
    Kind regards,
    Ken from KY.
PS Sort of sad to me, that a wonderful photographer like Ms. Greenberg would put personalities before principles.

Jill Greenberg will certainly pay a price for her sophmoric antics.
But the real responsibility lies with the magazine’s art director. He hired her and could have demanded a reshoot.
Wonder if that art director should be polishing up a resume.

I am not leaning towards any of the two parties in the US elections since I wont be able to vote anyway for obvious reasons.
However, no matter what J. Greenbergs political beliefs are, she has been incredibly unprofessional in this case, and I think she is starting to realize what this episode has done to her carrier. The link to the images from her J. McCain shoot has been removed from her site. (Names -> John McCain) It will probably be awhile before she will be able to sell an image or work for a magazine or newspaper again. An rightly so…

We know about Skywalker’s position on excessive military spending, but what are his views on, say, drilling for oil in Yoda’s back yard?
