Instalation says: “Cannot install Please click Quit” Please repair that issue![Please make sure that Bridge is not running. If you check your process list you may find that the application is running in the background. -TH]

  2. oeter says:

what will be new in lightroom 2.4[The same cameras supported in Camera Raw 5.4 will be supported in Lightroom 2.4. -TH]

  3. Mark Thomas says:

Wow, “Sigma DP2.”I’ve gotta hand it to Adobe. As a long time proponent of Aperture — which I still think is a well designed app with a beautiful, streamlined, unobtrusive GUI — pragmatism has nevertheless brought me fully into Lightroom. The final nail in Aperture’s coffin? Lack of support for my Sigma cameras and their Foveon sensors, plus the Aperture team’s complete refusal to communicate with their customers. So it goes.

“…what will be new in lightroom 2.4…””…[The same cameras supported in Camera Raw 5.4 will be supported in Lightroom 2.4. -TH]…”:) no i mean what will be new in lightroom beside ACR 5.4.can you tell that?[Lightroom 2.4 will address camera support and DNG file format compatibility. -TH]

  5. Richard Schiff says:

Would really like to see LR next iteration have Soft Proofing and maybe a moveable loupe ala Aperture.

  6. oeter says:

yes softprofing would be nice!!and i would like to have the selctet image to be a more attention grabing color.when you have selected a few images the one that is active is not poping out.a read border or so would help.

  7. Domen says:

It would be nice if it would be possible to remap shortcuts like we can in Photoshop. Lot of shorcuts (like +, [, ], \,…) doesn’t work on non-US keyboards.

  8. Bengt says:

Is there any information on then 2.4 will be available?[No public information available yet. -TH]

  9. Fazal Majid says:

I am very eagerly awaiting LR 2.4 as my Sigma DP2 images are turned into green goo by LR 2.3:

  10. Jirka says:

Have you any new information when will be LR 2.4 update available?

  11. Simon says:

Oh, will there be no support for the new Pentax K-7 in ACR 5.4? So we have to wait for ACR 5.5 for that?[The Pentax K-7 is supported by all versions of Camera Raw back to Camera Raw 2.4 that was utilized by Photoshop CS. That’s because Pentax can shoot the open DNG format for raw capture. The proprietary Pentax PEF format can be viewed starting with Camera Raw 5.4. -TH]
