Photoshop Express 2.0.2 now supports iPad 2 Cameras

Shout out to all iPad 2 users!

Photoshop Express 2.0.2 for iOS was released on the iTunes App Store to support the new camera functionality on iPad 2. Now you can continuously and rapidly shoot photos directly in the Photoshop Express app on an iPad 2, just as you can on other iOS devices.

The update also expands support for Adobe Camera Pack (available for in-app purchase), which includes:

  • Reduce Noise: Even the best phone cameras can introduce small amounts of grain and speckling—called noise—into images. The Reduce Noise feature quickly smoothes out those flaws to improve photos.
  • Self Timer: Set a camera timer to 3- or 10-second intervals to control when the photo is snapped and capture just the desired moment.
  • Auto Review: Ensure a shot is good and delete it quickly if it’s not. Auto Review provides a quick look at pictures before the action passes by.

Anyone with an iPad 2 has been able to use Reduce Noise already in Photoshop Express 2.0, but with the addition of iPad camera support in version 2.0.2, you can now use the Self Timer and Auto Review.

And, for a short time, we’re making the Adobe Camera Pack available for in-app purchase for $1.99 (50% off).

Now get out there and get shooting and sharing!
