Friday, December 20 2013 @ 12:06 PM, By Maxwell Hoffmann

We brought out the camera crew again for Lavacon 2013 held a few weeks ago in Portland, Oregon. We interviewed over 20 thought leaders, and captured some highly original insights, suggestions and mini-case histories. In this fourth session we touch on yet another wide range of topics ranging from component content management to a real life example of how “FrameMaker saved the day!”

Read on and view these mini-videos to see what our first collection of thought leaders have to say.

Marta Rauch: Importance of Strategy & Agile Content

Marta Rausch of Oracle is a “google glass explorer.” Marta shares that we never know how customers will want us to share our information as new devices proliferate. Hence, “it’s very important for us to make our content agile and to have a content strategy.”

Maxwell Hoffmann: Benefits of Integrated Tools

Adobe’s Tech Comm Product Evangelist, Maxwell Hoffmann, discusses the advantages of having an integrated suite of authoring and publishing tools (like Tech Comm Suite) to swiftly and efficiently publish to multiple devices. Hoffmann makes the point that such tools need to be accessible for less technical users and also for team members who may not product multi-channel content full-time.
