    Welcome aboard to the new folks!
    I do have a couple of questions;

    1: I have every sent in my registration number, adress etc for every single Adobe product I have ever bought in the vain hope that Adobe would once fullfill their promise “We will contact you with news of updates etc etc”. Never did happen – not this time either. Will it ever happen?

    2: I think it is a bit unclear how the pricing of the new TCS works. I shall probably upgrade, but I won’t upgrade if I must commit myself to a subscription package,
    It seems one can choose either a supscription package OR a one time payment, Is that right? I have already written the question to customer support but nobody answers,

    3: I have pretty much liked the newest developments within the TCS, but it is my impression that printing/saving to pdf has become very slow. Running the same job in FrameMaker 7 and FrameMaker 12 is not the same thing, FrameMaker 12 is slow, and it has problems making the print process quit. This is not really a question but I hope the new team will invest some efforts in correcting the number of know bugs.

    Sure hope Praveen likes to work on a Mac and wishes FrameMaker was no it.
